You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and registered phone number used to authorize transactions.

Gold rates displayed on OMIGA Jewellers platform reflect real-time market bullion rates benchmarked against Kerala Bullion and Jewellers Association daily indices.

Due to international spot bullion fluctuations and currency rates, gold prices change dynamically throughout trading hours. Product prices displayed in the catalogue update automatically to reflect current 9K, 18K, and 22K karatage rates.

A gold rate and product total is locked in strictly at the instant of successful order submission and checkout payment authorization. Adding items to a shopping cart or wishlist does not reserve or lock in the prevailing gold rate.

Customised pieces (such as bespoke name pendants, custom ring engravings, or tailored sizing) and bullion coins with broken blister packs are exempt from the 7-day return policy, though they remain eligible under our lifetime buyback program.

These terms and conditions, user contracts, and savings scheme agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to website usage, gold purchases, valuation, or schemes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
