We want you to be completely delighted with every piece of fine jewellery you acquire from OMIGA Jewellers. We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window starting from the date you receive your shipment.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery or wish to exchange it for another size or design, you may initiate a return request seamlessly through our customer portal.

No restocking fees or hidden administrative charges are deducted for returns requested within the 7-day period.

To be eligible for a full refund or direct exchange, the returned piece must be in its original, unworn, and unblemished condition with all security tags and seals intact.

The jewellery must be accompanied by the original tax invoice, presentation box, and the official BIS Hallmark purity authenticity certificate.

Items exhibiting visible signs of wear, surface scratches, resizing by a third-party jeweler, or missing certification cannot be accepted under the 7-day return policy.

Customised bespoke orders (including custom name pendants, personalized engravings, custom gemstone mountings, and specialized non-standard sizes) are non-returnable under the 7-day window.

Gold and Silver Coins: Due to volatile daily market bullion rate fluctuations, gold coins and silver ingots are excluded from 7-day returns.

However, all gold coins and custom ornaments remain 100% eligible for our Lifetime Buyback & Gold Exchange program at prevailing market rates.

Once you submit a return request, our support team will schedule a complimentary doorstep pickup via our specialized insured logistics partners.

The courier representative will provide a tamper-evident return bag and an official pickup receipt at your doorstep.

Upon arriving at our central vault, our certified gemologists and assay team inspect the item for purity, weight, and condition within 24-48 hours.

Following successful quality and authenticity verification, your refund is approved and initiated immediately.

Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): Funds are credited back to the original source account within 3-5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer Orders: Refunds are processed directly to your verified bank account via IMPS/NEFT within 48 hours of verification.

Even after the 7-day return period has elapsed, every piece of jewellery purchased from OMIGA Jewellers is protected by our Lifetime Exchange and Buyback Guarantee.

Exchange at any time for prevailing 100% gold benchmark value with zero deduction on pure metal content.

Bring your hallmark certificate and invoice to any authorized showroom or initiate a mail-in valuation through our digital portal.
