OMIGA Jewellers provides fully insured shipping services across all serviceable pin codes throughout India, including metropolitan cities, tier-2 towns, and regional districts.

All high-value jewellery consignments are handled exclusively by Tier-1 secured logistics partners specializing in valuable precious bullion transit.

Please note: Due to international bullion export regulations and custom duty requirements, cross-border international deliveries are currently unavailable.

Every single parcel dispatched from our fulfillment facility is covered under comprehensive door-to-door transit insurance against theft, loss, or accidental transit damage.

The transit insurance coverage remains in active effect until the customer inspects and provides a physical or OTP-verified signature acknowledging receipt of the parcel.

In the extremely rare event of a transit mishap or misplaced package, our compliance desk immediately coordinates priority re-dispatch or a 100% refund.

Ready-to-ship jewellery (including gold coins, standard chains, bangles, and rings) is processed, quality-checked, and handed over to logistics within 1-2 business days.

Custom bespoke jewellery (including custom name pendants, personalized engravings, and tailored ring sizing) undergoes master craftsmanship taking 7 to 10 working days prior to secure dispatch.

Transit delivery timelines typically range between 2 to 5 business days depending on customer destination and local air freight schedules.

Your precious ornaments are sealed inside luxurious velvet display presentation boxes, encased within multi-layered tamper-evident structural packaging.

Every outer package features a unique cryptographic security tape that displays a 'VOID' pattern if opened or tampered with before arrival.

Important: We strictly advise customers to inspect the outer seal upon arrival. If the tamper-evident seal appears broken, sliced, or tampered with, please reject delivery and notify our support desk immediately.

As soon as your jewellery package is handed over to our security courier, you will receive an automated SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your airway bill (AWB) number and live tracking link.

You can monitor your parcel's progress in real-time on our dedicated Track Order portal or directly through the courier's tracking engine.

A secret delivery OTP is transmitted to your registered mobile number on the day of delivery to ensure the parcel is handed strictly to the authorized recipient.

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning the parcel to our secure vault.

If you anticipate being unavailable on the delivery day, you may request a reschedule or alternate authorized pickup via our support desk.

Address changes requested after parcel dispatch may require re-routing verification to safeguard your high-value order.
